General conditions of sale of stay in bed and breakfast “Old Pensol House”.
These general conditions of sale are intended for the use of the booking of stays in bed and breakfast in “The old House of Pensol», 87440 Pensol, France.
They constitute the contract between the owners, Véronique and Jean-François BRAUD and the customer to stay in bed and breakfast.
Article 1 – Length of stay: the client rents one or more rooms for a fixed term and cannot under any circumstances avail themselves of a any right to maintain the premises.
Article 2 – Rates: prices shown on the website www.lavieillemaisondepensol.com are the only contract rates. They include all taxes (the owner is not subject to VAT, article 293 B of the CGI), off tourist tax.
Article 3 – Validation of a booking: the booking is made on the site internet www.lavieillemaionsdepensol.com, by mail or by phone. A booking contract will be sent by e-mail. The booking is considered firm only after receipt of deposit cashed on receipt and deducted from the invoice to your arrival. The deposit must be paid at the latest under 5 days from the date of the reservation request. The amount of the deposit amounts to 30% of the total price of the stay. Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer: any cancellation must be notified by postal letter or email to the owner. • If the cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be returned to the client. • If the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be forfeited to owners who reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation. • If the client does not occur before 7 p.m. the day of beginning of the stay, the owners reserve the right to dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit will be forfeited to owners who reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation. • In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation and consumed additional benefits remains fully acquired owners.
Article 5 – Cancellation by the owners: when before the beginning of the stay, the owners cancel the stay, for reasons independent of their will, they must inform the customer as soon as possible by telephone or mail. It will be immediately refunded money paid.

Article 11 – Capacity: the reservation is established for a specific number of people. If the date of arrival, the number of occupants is greater, homeowners are able to refuse additional persons.
