Pensol is a small commune in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin regional National Park.

To the South of the Department of Haute-Vienne, a few kilometres away from the Dordogne and Charente, the region is conducive to outdoor activities, but also to the discovery of a natural, cultural and historical heritage.

Many activities and outdoor recreation are offered (Geocaching, watersports in many waterbodies, velorail, hiking…).

Beautiful gardens and natural sites are also worth a visit.

Travelling along the route of Richard the Lionheart which crosses the territory, you’ll witness of many listed or classified heritage buildings.

Don’t forget also the handicraft and gastronomy.
